Yulia Brodskaya is a Russian artist who specializes in a unique, 3D-style of handmade illustrations. The process is called quilling, or filigree paper art, and involves carefully cutting colored strips of paper into various shapes and sizes then gluing them piece by piece onto the figure’s surface to create stunningly vibrant visuals. Brodskaya first sketches out her designs before beginning the laborious work of assembling the intricate figures with glue.
