Fancy dresses and wigs from the 17th and 18th centuries were famous for their elegance, luxury and eccentricity (at least, as can be seen through our makeshift prism). Trying to capture the essence of Rococo and Baroque designs, Asya Kozina, a Ukrainian artist from St. Petersburg, creates these costumes and accessories with contemporary cultural and technological elements, creating a stunning series that showcases the sheer beauty of the fusion. Everything is made of pieces of paper. Exotic flowers, aeroplanes, buildings and other insecure objects adorn her pieces.
